Profectus is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a leading healthcare services provider for a UK Implementation Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced leader to drive complex medical equipment installation projects across the NHS.
The Role
As UK Implementation Manager, you will oversee the planning, installation, and decommissioning of medical equipment across multiple sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will lead a team of project managers, installation specialists, and designers, managing stakeholder relationships at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all equipment installations, de-installations, and turnkey projects across NHS contracts.
- Lead and manage a specialist team, providing strategic direction and support.
- Ensure all projects adhere to regulatory and contractual requirements.
- Maintain financial control of projects, ensuring budgets and timelines are met.
- Act as the key point of contact for NHS clients, attending meetings and resolving issues.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience leading complex, multi-site installation projects.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, particularly within the NHS.
- In-depth knowledge of CDM regulations, JCT contracts, and healthcare construction processes.
- Excellent commercial awareness, communication, and negotiation skills.
- A background in medical equipment installation is highly desirable.
This role is based near Reading (Berkshire), but flexible home-working options are available for the right candidate. Regular UK travel is required (twice a week to client site).
