As an Operational Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing customer relationships within the public sector. You will be responsible for overseeing medical equipment service contracts, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
This is a field-based role, requiring a high degree of autonomy and strong technical knowledge in medical equipment maintenance and management., * Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients, acting as the primary escalation contact.
