Profectus Recruitment is working with a leading healthcare services provider to recruit an experienced Endoscopy Business and Education Specialist to cover the Midlands and South West region. This is a senior, field based role combining commercial responsibility, clinical expertise and customer education within endoscopy services. The position plays a key role in driving sustainable revenue growth while supporting hospitals with high quality, compliant endoscopy solutions.

The role involves taking ownership of a defined territory, responsible for achieving sales and margin targets while developing long term, recurring revenue through managed services, maintenance, modernisation and equipment solutions. Working closely with business development, operations and clinical teams, you will adopt a consultative, solutions led approach to supporting endoscopy departments. You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders, develop business plans aligned to wider strategy, and to tenders and business cases including financial modelling. The role also has a strong education focus, supporting customer and patient education days and delivering on site clinical training.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing and growing existing accounts while developing new business opportunities
  • Delivering territory sales targets and forecasting performance quarterly
  • Supporting tenders, bids and customer business cases with clinical and commercial input
  • Providing clinical and technical endoscopy support to customer facing teams
  • Delivering customer training on endoscope care, handling and decontamination in line with BSG, JAG, HTM and OEM guidelines
  • Analysing data to identify repair trends, cost reduction opportunities and handling issues
  • Leading or supporting service development and improvement projects
  • Maintaining strong knowledge of endoscopy products, services and market developments

About you:

You will have a strong clinical background within endoscopy, combined with experience in customer facing or commercial roles. You are confident engaging with senior stakeholders, presenting solutions and supporting complex service contracts.

Location and travel:

This is a home based role with very frequent UK travel to customer and company sites across the Midlands and South West.

Additional information:

An enhanced DBS disclosure is required for this role. Appointment will be subject to satisfactory clearance.
