About the Role
They’re now looking to expand their customer implementation team with experienced Billing Implementation Consultants who can own customer implementations from discovery through to successful go-live.
This is not a Project Manager role.
We are looking for hands‑on implementation specialists who enjoy solving complex commercial and technical challenges while working directly with enterprise customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise customer implementations from post-sale through to successful go-live.
- Act as the primary customer contact throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Run discovery workshops to capture business and technical requirements.
- Translate customer requirements into solution designs and implementation plans.
- Produce Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Configure and deliver enterprise billing implementations.
- Support integrations across CRM, ERP, finance and payment platforms.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Deliver customer training and knowledge transfer.
- Drive successful customer adoption following implementation.
Qualifications
You’ll ideally have experience delivering enterprise B2B billing implementations and be comfortable working directly with customers throughout the implementation lifecycle.

- Strong customer‑facing consulting skills.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
- Experience producing Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Knowledge of subscription, usage‑based or consumption billing models.

- A consultative approach with the ability to build trusted customer relationships.
