We are looking for a commercially minded and relationship-driven Strategic Account Manager to join a growing team within a dynamic healthcare environment. This customer-facing role focuses on building long-term strategic partnerships, supporting customer retention, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring customers gain clear value from the relationship. You’ll work closely with executive, clinical, and operational stakeholders while collaborating across internal teams to deliver successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage long-term customer relationships at all levels, including senior stakeholders
- Develop and deliver strategic account plans
- Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts
- Work collaboratively to develop customer-focused solutions
- Maintain oversight of service performance and continuous improvement opportunities
About You
You will have:
- Significant experience in strategic account management or business development (typically 7+ years)
- A strong track record of managing and growing key accounts
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Commercial awareness and strategic thinking capability
- Experience working within complex or regulated environments
- Willingness to travel nationally (up to 50%)
- UK Driving License
