This is a delivery-focused role requiring confident customer engagement and full ownership from initiation through to go-live and handover. The role sits at the centre of the relationship between the customer and internal delivery teams, so you must be comfortable leading conversations, managing expectations and maintaining credibility with senior stakeholders.
