We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Neurology Consultant to join a dynamic and forward-thinking healthcare practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated clinician looking to work within a supportive multidisciplinary environment while delivering high-quality patient care.

The Role:

  • The successful candidate will provide expert neurological assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients across a broad range of neurological conditions.
  • You will work collaboratively with medical, nursing, and allied healthcare professionals to ensure outstanding clinical outcomes and patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality consultant-led neurology services
  • Diagnose and manage a wide spectrum of neurological disorders
  • Participate in outpatient clinics, inpatient care, and multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Provide clinical leadership and support to junior medical staff
  • Contribute to service development, teaching, training, and clinical governance activities
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records in line with regulatory standards

Requirements:

  • GMC registration
  • Entry on the Specialist Register for Neurology (or eligibility within 6 months)
  • MRCP or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to high standards of patient care and clinical excellence
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Desirable:

  • Subspecialty interest within Neurology
  • Previous NHS experience
  • Involvement in research, audits, or quality improvement projects
