We are seeking an experienced and confident Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join a friendly, independent practice in Hertfordshire. The successful candidate will have strong clinical skills, including sole charge, consultations, and surgeries. The role is full-time, with flexible working hours (40 hours per week over 4-5 days), including Saturday shifts on a 1:3 rota. Working hours are between 8:30am and 6:30pm. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality veterinary care with a focus on excellent client service. Perform consultations and surgeries with confidence, including sole charge. Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. Benefits: Competitive salary (£40K-£80K, DOE). 30 days holiday (including bank holidays). No out-of-hours or bank holiday work. CPD allowance of up to £1,000 per year. Annual birthday dinner. Pension scheme. Optional company car (subject to discussion).
