We are currently seeking qualified and compassionate Psychologists to join a growing multidisciplinary team in Southampton. Whether you’re newly qualified or bring years of experience, we have rewarding roles to suit your skillset and career goals. You’ll work with individuals across a range of ages and backgrounds, supporting mental health, emotional wellbeing, and behavioural needs in a variety of settings, including clinics, schools, or community services.

Key Responsibilities:\\n

\\n
• Conduct psychological assessments and develop personalised treatment plans

\\n

• Deliver evidence-based therapies, including CBT, DBT, and other modalities

\\n

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

\\n

• Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to reports and care plans

\\n

• Engage in supervision, CPD, and ongoing professional development

\\n

\\n

Requirements:\\n

\\n
• Doctorate in Clinical, Counselling, or Educational Psychology (or equivalent)

\\n

• HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist (or eligibility)

\\n

\\n
