We are seeking an experienced Consultant in Stroke and Palliative Care to join a leading District General Hospital in Kent. This is an on-site locum consultant position, ideal for a specialist seeking a high-quality, long-term placement within a well-established acute and elderly care service. You will provide expert stroke thrombolysis, unit management, and palliative support to patients across medical directorates, including Hyperacute Stroke pathways and SPCT.
Up to 5 days per week, long-term contract from Feb 2026 (flexible start). Market-leading rates with weekly payroll and no tier 2 visa barriers. Hyperacute Stroke Centre with TIA clinic advanced thrombolysis pathways. Supportive MDT including SpRs, AHPs, and expanding SPCT (3.5 WTE). Excellent work-life balance, 4-day week negotiable, minimal on-call. Immediate interviews with fast-track onboarding for Feb placements. Career development through Trust audit/education programmes. Prime Kent location commuter-friendly with London links (45 mins HS1).
