We are recruiting an Independent Prescriber (Pharmacist or Physiotherapist) to enhance patient access to efficient healthcare services.

Location: Chester

Key Responsibilities:

\\n

• Independently assess and prescribe treatments for patients.

\\n

• Work collaboratively with GPs and other healthcare professionals.

\\n

• Support chronic disease management and urgent care needs.

\\n

\\n

Requirements:

\\n

\\n
• Independent Prescribing qualification.

\\n

• GPhC or HCPC registration.

\\n

• Experience in a clinical setting preferred.

\\n

\\n
