An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced IndependentPrescribing Pharmacistto join a well-established GP surgery inSouth East London. This role offers a hybrid working pattern that balances onsite patient interaction with remote flexibility, ideal for pharmacists seeking a dynamic and varied work environment.

• EMIS web
• MUST BE AN INDEPENDENT PRESCRIBER & HAVE UK PRIMARY CARE EXPERIENCE
• 3 month contract

Candidatesmust be qualified Independent Prescribers with UK primary care experienceto ensure safe and effective patient management. Please note, this role requires a minimum of 2 days per week onsite to maintain strong patient relationships and contribute to the multidisciplinary team, with a preference for 3 days onsite.
