Healthcare Recruitment Consultant Temp, Perm or Hybrid Desk | Watford Watford, Hertfordshire (WD17), office based. £35,000 to £45,000 basic depending on experience, plus uncapped monthly commission and an annual bonus.
Year one OTE £65,000 to £85,000, rising to £100,000 to £110,000+ in years two to three.
We're looking for experienced recruitment consultants to join our healthcare recruitment team in Watford, and we'll build the desk around what you're good at.

We cover primary care, secondary care, elective consultant work, theatres and pharmacy, and we run temp-only, perm-only and hybrid desks.
Whichever you bill, there's a seat for you.
You'd take on a warm desk with established clients and candidates, and 13 years of placement history to work from.
