An established independent mental health hospital in Paisley seeks a Consultant Psychiatrist for its experienced clinical team. The service supports adults with acute and enduring mental health difficulties through structured care pathways and strong MDT input. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive psychiatric assessment and diagnosis for adult inpatients
- Develop and oversee individualised treatment plans with MDT input
- Lead daily ward rounds and clinical reviews
- Supervise junior medical staff and contribute to training
- Participate in clinical governance, audit, and service development
- Liaise with external agencies and manage complex discharges
