Work closely with multidisciplinary teams including surgeons, anaesthetists, nurses, and senior pharmacists. Support perioperative medicine management across surgical pathways. Ideal Candidate:

  • GPhC registered Pharmacist
  • Previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred
