Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care across inpatient wards and outpatient clinics
- Manage complex elderly patients with multiple comorbidities
- Provide specialist input for dementia and memory-related conditions (memory clinic experience desirable)
- Treat and manage Parkinson's disease and other age-related conditions
- Support acute medical services involving frailty and elderly care
- Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
