We are delighted to be working with a fantastic and growing GP surgery that has proudly served its community for over 20 years. This highly regarded practice is now looking to welcome a Clinical Pharmacist to join their dedicated clinical team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced pharmacist who thrives in a primary care environment and is looking to make a meaningful impact.
The Role:
- Position: Clinical Pharmacist
- Start: Immediate
- Hours: 2 days per week (16 hours only)
- Hourly Rate: £30 per hour
- Location: Winnersh
- Will need to have uk experience
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum of 2 years\’ experience working in a GP surgery or primary care setting
- Holds an Independent Prescribing (IP) qualification
- Confident managing clinical medication reviews
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines
- Experience supporting vulnerable patient populations
- Ability to collaborate effectively with senior pharmacists
