Clinical Pharmacist-Leicester

Are you a motivated and patient-focused pharmacist looking to take the next step in your clinical career? We are currently seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join a healthcare team in Leicester.  As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will work closely with GPs, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to improve medication outcomes for patients. This role is ideal for a pharmacist with a strong clinical background who is passionate about optimising medicines use and contributing to improved patient care across primary care settings.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct structured medication reviews and support patients with long-term conditions

\\n

• Provide expert clinical advice to patients and healthcare colleagues

\\n

• Support prescribing practices and help manage repeat prescription processes

\\n

• Assist in reducing medication-related hospital admissions

\\n

• Contribute to quality improvement projects and audits

\\n

\\n

Requirements:

\\n

\\n
• GPhC registration as a Pharmacist (essential)

\\n

• Experience in a clinical or primary care setting (preferred but not essential)

\\n

\\n
