We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join a team in Hampshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced pharmacist looking to work in a community-focused pharmacy, with the added benefit of a relocation allowance available to eligible candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently while ensuring patient safety
- Provide expert clinical advice on medication management and treatment options
- Deliver personalized counseling to patients about their medications and health concerns
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure the best outcomes for patients
- Oversee the pharmacy team to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional service
