Clinical Pharmacist – Glasgow

Position: Clinical Pharmacist Location: Glasgow Qualifications: Master’s degree in pharmacy (MPharm). Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). Postgraduate qualification in clinical pharmacy (desirable). Duties: Conduct medication reviews to optimise patient treatment plans. Provide expert advice on prescribing and medication management.
