About the Position:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Commencing October
  • 3 months contract
  • £35ph
  • Competency in EPS, Medication Reviews, Docman, QOF work and Audits (ESSENTIAL)
  • Deliver safe, effective medicines optimisation and structured medication reviews
  • Engage in risk management, clinical audit, and high-risk drug monitoring
  • Support service improvement and multidisciplinary working
  • Fixed term opportunity with potential for extension
