We are currently recruiting an experienced Gastrointestinal Physiologist for a well-established clinical service in Birmingham. This is an excellent locum opportunity to work in a modern, well-supported GI physiology department, delivering a comprehensive range of diagnostic investigations to an adult patient cohort. This role is ideally suited to a Specialist Registered GI Physiologist seeking flexible working, excellent pay rates, and optional accommodation support.
Key Benefits:
- £110 - £150 per hour
- Predominantly midweek sessions

- Supportive clinical team and modern facilities
Core GI Physiology Tests Required:
- Oesophageal Manometry
- 24-Hour pH Monitoring
- Ano-Rectal Manometry
- Hydrogen Breath Testing
- Endo-Anal Ultrasound
- Pelvic Floor Biofeedback
Primarily adult patients with a small paediatric caseload (approximately 5 - 10 patients per year).
Requirements:
- HCPC registered
- On the Specialist Register
- Proven experience delivering a full range of GI physiology investigations
