Responsibilities:
- Manage complex reconstructive urology cases (urethral strictures, fistulae, incontinence)
- Perform Sacral Neuromodulation procedures with full autonomy (test phase through permanent implantation)
- Lead specialist outpatient clinics and multi-disciplinary team meetings
- Deliver care within a structured 10 PA Consultant job plan
- Undertake non-emergency duties during premium time sessions
Requirements:
- GMC registration with active Licence to Practise
- On the GMC Specialist Register in Urology
- Proven expertise in reconstructive urology and neuromodulation
- Excellent communication and MDT collaboration skills
