Pharmacy Recruitment Consultant - Watford

£30,000 to £40,000 basic depending on experience, plus uncapped commission. £50,000 to £60,000 OTE in year one, £100,000 from year two. Office based, Watford WD17.

The role:

Pharmacy is a one person desk at ProfDoc at the moment, and that's really the opportunity here. The clients are already placing with us and the candidates are registered, but the work is coming in faster than one consultant can work through it. What it needs now is a dedicated specialist to expand from our established position.

You'd be joining the wider ProfDoc division, 18 consultants specialised across primary and secondary care, so there's an established client base to cross sell into, referrals coming across the floor, and people around you who know the healthcare market inside out. It's an early-stage desk inside a business that's anything but.

What the job involves:

• Running a 360 desk across the pharmacy sector, covering community, hospital, PCNs and industry
• Developing existing client relationships and winning new business alongside them
• Headhunting and market mapping so you get to good candidates first
• Managing candidates end to end, from registration through to placement and beyond
• Working to targets and helping us decide how the division scales
• Working with our Doctors & GP Divisions to expand existing accounts

What you'll need -

• Recruitment experience in healthcare, specifically pharmacy. This is a specialist desk and we're not able to consider applicants without sector experience.
• A billing history you can talk us through
• A working knowledge of the pharmacy market, including registration requirements and what makes a pharmacist move

Also important:

• Confidence on the phone and the credibility to hold a client conversation
• Self motivation, but you'll be sat in an office with a team so it helps if you like people
• An interest in progressing into a team leader or management role

What we offer:

• Basic salary of £30,000 to £40,000 depending on experience, reviewed as you progress
• £50,000 to £60,000 OTE in your first year, and £100,000 from your second year onwards. These are figures our consultants are actually hitting, not aspirational ones. If you're coming in with an established network of your own, we'd expect you to beat the first year range comfortably, and the commission is uncapped so there's nothing stopping you.
• Highly competitive commission on every placement, uncapped
• Annual performance bonus of up to £20,000
• An established desk to walk into, with clients and candidates already in place
• The backing of 18 consultants across primary and secondary care, and the client relationships that come with them
• Marketing and compliance support in house, so you're not writing your own adverts or chasing your own paperwork

• A route through to Senior Consultant, Principal and Team Lead as the division grows
