About the Position
- Ensure full compliance with GPhC standards, operating safely, legally, and ethically
- Provide professional and clinical leadership across the pharmacy team
- Oversee and approve all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Ensure data protection and patient confidentiality compliance
- Ensure wholesale operations meet Good Distribution Practice (GDP) standards
- Maintain and update Quality Management System (QMS)
- Oversee storage, transportation, and product integrity
- Conduct self-inspections, risk assessments, and CAPAs implementation
- Act as point of contact for MHRA audits and inspections

Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Pharmacy (MPharm) or equivalent
- Registered Pharmacist with the GPhC
- Community pharmacy experience essential
- Eligible and willing to be named Superintendent Pharmacist
- Eligible and willing to be named Responsible Person (RP) for wholesale operations
- Strong knowledge of GPhC regulations, MHRA guidance, and GDP requirements
- Responsible Person training from a recognised provider
- Experience within online pharmacy models
- Previous experience with GPhC and/or MHRA inspections
- Familiarity with pharmacy software and e-commerce platforms
