We are looking for a GPhC-registered Clinical Pharmacist to join a supportive GP practice in Bridgwater, Somerset (easily commutable from Taunton, Wellington, Burnham-on-Sea, and Weston-super-Mare). Ideal for a pharmacist with 2 years’ experience looking to progress within primary care.
Role Overview
- Deliver Structured Medication Reviews (SMRs) and medicines optimisation.
- Support repeat prescriptions, medication safety, and patient consultations.
- Work collaboratively with GPs, nurses, and the MDT to improve patient outcomes.
- Contribute to audits, formulary adherence, MHRA alerts, and antimicrobial stewardship.
- Emis based surgery if you have SystmOne, happy to provide training on Emis.
- If you don’t have CPPE, happy to support with training.
