An established diagnostic provider in Stratford-upon-Avon is expanding its ADHD assessment service and is seeking an Occupational Therapist with experience supporting children and young people. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing specialist insight into how attention, sensory processing and executive functioning difficulties affect a young person’s everyday life.

Aspects of the role include:

  • Conduct occupational therapy assessments as part of the ADHD diagnostic pathway

  • Gather and interpret information from children, families, schools and other professionals
  • Contribute specialist findings to multidisciplinary discussions and diagnostic formulation
  • Identify co-occurring occupational or sensory needs
  • Provide clear, practical recommendations to support independence, participation and wellbeing
  • Produce accurate, timely and high-quality clinical documentation
