Key Responsibilities * Manage the full 360° recruitment process, from sourcing to successful placement. * Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients and healthcare professionals. * Develop creative candidate attraction strategies to secure top talent. * Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth, positive hiring experience. * Consistently meet and exceed performance targets while contributing to company success.
