An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Prison GP Locum to work within a supportive healthcare service at Dovegate. You will provide high-quality primary care in a secure setting, helping to meet the varied physical and mental health needs of the patient population.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver effective primary care clinics within a prison healthcare service.
  • Assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of presentations.
  • Liaise with nursing, pharmacy, and substance misuse colleagues.
  • Promote continuity, safety, and high standards of care.
  • Participate in safeguarding processes and multidisciplinary reviews.
