An established diagnostic provider in Stratford-upon-Avon is expanding its ADHD assessment service and is seeking an Occupational Therapist with experience supporting children and young people. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing specialist insight into how attention, sensory processing and executive functioning difficulties affect a young person’s everyday life.

Aspects of the role include:
- Conduct occupational therapy assessments as part of the ADHD diagnostic pathway
- Assess how attention, organisation, emotional regulation and sensory needs affect daily functioning
- Explore the young person’s participation at home, in education and within the community
- Gather and interpret information from children, families, schools and other professionals
- Contribute specialist findings to multidisciplinary discussions and diagnostic formulation
- Identify co-occurring occupational or sensory needs
- Provide clear, practical recommendations to support independence, participation and wellbeing
- Produce accurate, timely and high-quality clinical documentation
