Key Responsibilities:
- Act as Responsible Clinician under the Mental Health Act (1983)
- Lead ward rounds, risk assessments, and care planning
- Provide psychiatric input to the MDT on assessment and treatment
- Support admissions, including pre-admission assessments
- Maintain a therapeutic and recovery-focused ward environment
Requirements:
- CCT (or equivalent) in Older Adult Psychiatry, or General Adult Psychiatry with older adult experience
- GMC registration with licence to practise
- Eligibility to act as Responsible Clinician
