We are seeking an experienced Primary Care Physician (PCP) to join a medical team supporting our client, a defence manufacturing and technology company.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary healthcare team, ensuring high clinical standards.
- Provide comprehensive primary care to employees and their families, including management of illness, fitness for work, and medical repatriation decisions.
- Advise management and HR on medical capability, sickness/absence, and occupational health.
- Maintain accurate medical records using CrossCare and conduct clinical audits.
- Set objectives for chronic disease management in line with UK clinical guidance.
- Participate in management meetings and cover for colleagues as required.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental (SHE) standards.

- UK based General Practitioner MRCGP (UK).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience, with at least 2 years post-MRCGP.
- Experience in military, remote, or rural settings is an advantage.

- Commitment to ethical practice, effective record keeping, and continuous improvement.
