Under the direction of the SVP, the role will ideally meet or exceed sales objectives by promoting and selling BPO service offerings through professional sales techniques and long-term customer relationships to Banking and Insurance clients. Other duties will be assigned by management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meeting and exceeding set sales quotas through acquisition of new logos with a focus on Consumer Banks and Insurance companies.
- Build a pipeline of future business.
- Maintain confidentiality of all company-related information and records.
Educational / Vocational / Previous Experience Recommendations:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
- 3 years of new logo acquisition experience in Consumer Banking, Retail or Tech industry.
- Experience of selling BPO solutions.
- Proven success prospecting, building a pipeline, moving opportunities through the sales cycle, presenting and discussing solutions.
- Ability to think strategically.
- Excellent verbal, written, and executive presentation skills.
- Strong customer, quality, and results orientation.
- Ability to interact effectively at all levels.
