As we continue to grow, we are looking for a strategic and data-driven Digital Growth Marketing Manager to join our global marketing team. This role is pivotal in driving digital performance, optimizing content and campaigns, and leveraging AI and automation to accelerate growth across all digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Website & Conversion Optimization
- Manage website updates, UX, and navigation to improve engagement and lead generation.
- Track and analyze site performance, bounce rates, and conversion metrics.
- Optimize landing pages and lead-gen mechanics for better funnel performance.
- Own and execute the SEO roadmap, including AI-optimized content strategies.
- Improve rankings for strategic keywords across top markets (France, Italy, Denmark, UK, USA).
- Drive the development of content hubs (blogs, resource centers, etc.) to support organic growth.
- Lead paid media efforts across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Scale prospecting and retargeting campaigns in collaboration with the Campaigns & Leads Manager.
- Continuously test and refine messaging and targeting through A/B testing.
- Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns with technical expertise.
- Leverage tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and marketing automation platforms.
- Deep understanding of how AI-driven search (e.g., Google’s AI Overviews/SGE) is reshaping SEO strategies.
- Ability to adapt content structure, keyword strategy, and metadata to align with AI-generated search results and featured snippets.
- Experience optimizing for visibility in AI snapshots and other emerging SERP formats.
- Skilled in using GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Gemini) to accelerate content production, ideation, and testing.
- Develop dashboards and insights to guide decision-making and resource allocation.
- Monitor KPIs such as SEO rankings, inbound leads, funnel leakage, and engagement metrics.
- Reports directly to the Director – Branding, PR & Digital Marketing.
- Collaborates closely with Brand Design Specialists, PR & Corporate Communications, Website and Design Officers, and other digital marketing experts.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, paid media, and marketing automation.
- Proven track record in building effective multi-channel marketing strategies from ideation to execution, across all funnel stages.
- Deep understanding of growth loops, models, and funnels.
- Expertise in marketing automation, emailing, and tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Hands-on experience with website management, SEO/SEA, social ads, HubSpot, and WordPress.
- Mastery of performance reporting and implementation of tracking solutions (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics).
- Strong working knowledge of Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Gemini) applied to content strategy, SEO, and campaign creation.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), strong analytical skills, and effective team management.
- Comfortable presenting to audiences, leading cross-functional projects, and collaborating within teams.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align digital marketing efforts with broader business goals.
- Experience managing multi-country campaigns and adapting messaging or SEO strategies for local languages and market contexts.
- Proficient in defining and monitoring KPIs across media channels.
