Key Responsibilities:- Assist clients with daily personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming).
- Support with mobility and physical exercises.
- Administer or assist with medication in accordance with care plans.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks (laundry, cleaning, shopping).
- Offer companionship and emotional support.
- Record and report changes in client’s condition to the supervisor.
- Ensure client confidentiality and dignity at all times.
- Previous experience in care (preferred but not required).
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Health and Social Care (advantageous).
- Basic understanding of health and safety practices.
