Gallowglass, Europe’s largest and award-winning crewing company, is looking for new team members to work on exciting projects in the Live Events industry. Are you friendly, enthusiastic, physically very fit, with excellent spoken English and a “can do attitude”? Then you should be working with us! We work all across the UK and are currently hiring in London, Manchester, Birmingham, Glasgow, Cardiff & Bristol. What we do: Every year we work on between 8,000 and 10,000 events – private parties, weddings, corporate (AGMs, product launches, etc.), film & TV, sporting events, festivals, theatre, exhibitions, and outdoor events. You name it, and we are there, and you could be part of it! You get to see how events are set up and behind the scenes at iconic venues. This means that you could find yourself doing pretty much anything, but it will include: Assisting with the installation and removal of sound, lights, and AV equipment. This is not a 9 – 5 job; events happen 24/7, so make sure you have a good alarm clock! You must be over 18 and physically fit. We give: A full H&S induction and training to kick you off, then you learn on the job with experienced crew chiefs and other crew members. Accredited & paid training. Free uniform and PPE. Opportunity to progress within the entertainment and live events sector. Living wage employer. Skill payments on top of hourly rate for plant operators, drivers, CSCS card holders, etc. Interested?
