Event Crew

This is a great opportunity to join our team in Manchester.

The main duties on a normal day are:

1. Loading and unloading trucks
2. Rigging and de-rigging lights, sound and AV equipment
3. Lighting, power and AV installation
4. Building and dismantling set, scenery and stages.

We have a great set of guys who will help teach and show you new skills. We offer extensive training to all crew.

The Candidates must have:

1. Right to work in the UK
2. Reliable
3. Punctual
4. Proactive & show initiative
5. Have a flexible approach to working hours – (some times crew WILL be working unsociable hours)
6. Good standard of spoken English
7. Team player
8. Fast Learners
9. Common sense
10. Good communication skills
11. Presentable
12. Polite & well mannered
13. Contactable and available 24/7
14. Willingness to work hard and learn.

You don’t need to have any particular skills or experience but the following will increase your earning potential:

1. Forklift licenses – Counterbalance, Rough Terrain or Telescopic Handler
2. Scissor lift or Cherry Picker license
3. PASMA
4. Working at Height (Plus equipment)
5. CSCS card

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance, Zero hours contract

Salary: £11.00-£18.50 per hour
