As Projects Coordinator you will work closely with your line manager, the Head of Projects, to

support the Projects department in the organisation and delivery of a wide range of rigging

services. While the Head of Projects delegates work and assumes overall responsibility for the

department, you will provide the organisation, communication and administrative support required

to ensure the department runs as smoothly as possible.

Day to day duties will include a wide variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Tracking the progress of all incoming enquiries, ongoing projects and critical paperwork
  • Researching, planning and communicating travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Monitoring deadlines and updating records for annual inspections
  • Proof reading emails and documents
  • Answering enquiries via email and telephone
  • Updating the company diary, digital calendars and other schedules
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with other departments, clients and venues
  • Monitoring and renewing technical memberships and qualifications
  • Taking part in site visits, networking events and other corporate trips when required

Do you have the right experience?

Applications will be considered with a range of previous experience, which must include previous

experience in a professional environment. Previous technical experience or qualification within the

live events industry is beneficial but not essential.

Where and when will you be working?

  • You’ll be based at the Bolton Office
  • Full time, Monday-Friday
  • Working hours are 09:30-17:30 or 08:30-16:30
  • An hour break for lunch
