You will own the governance layer that enables safe, scalable deployment of AI agents inside large organizations. You’ll translate enterprise needs into product capabilities, guiding cross-team initiatives and shipping the core permissions, audit, cost controls, and BYOM/model routing capabilities. You’ll engage with enterprise customers to drive adoption, security reviews, and multi-thousand-seat rollouts, shaping how agents operate within company policies. This role offers real scope, executive partnership, and the chance to define the rules of agent autonomy in an emerging category. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li Work from home stipend /li li 5 weeks PTO + 9 sick days /li li Stock options /li li Relocation support /li li MacBook + monitor /li li Professional development stipend /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Own the Enterprise AI stack: strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for permissioning, audit, limits, BYOM, model routing, and agentic automation. /li li Translate enterprise needs into scalable product capabilities for thousands of users, not bespoke builds. /li li Drive cross-team initiatives for agents respecting permission models, unattended automation, and intra-enterprise delegation. /li li Define success metrics (adoption, time-to-value, cost per outcome) and use them to influence decisions. /li li Prototype governance or routing policies in code when needed, using AI coding tools. /li li Advocate for Spark governance, articulate its value to sales, CS, and executive stakeholders, and mentor other PMs. /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li 8+ years in product management, hands-on in enterprise B2B SaaS and AI products /li li Experience shipping permissioning, audit, admin controls, usage/cost limits, model routing, or agentic automation in production /li li Strong user research skills with enterprise customers and IT/security teams /li li Systems thinker with depth in identity, permissions, data models, APIs, and model gateways /li li Experience shipping agentic products and governing enterprise software with AI /li li AI-first mindset and hands-on prototyping skills (Claude Code, Cursor, etc) /li li Excellent product instincts and strategic communication abilities /li li Founder mentality with end-to-end ownership and cross-functional collaboration /li /ul ul li strong stakeholder management /li li user-centric diplomacy /li li critical thinking under security constraints /li li enterprise AI stack /li li permissions flow and auditable actions /li li model routing and BYOM /li /ul
