We are developing Productboard\’s API platform to provide the fundamental building blocks for integrating with Productboard, supporting new use cases and workflows. We envision a future where product managers seamlessly connect with their ecosystems of tools and build products that matter with ease.

Our Scale tribe is seeking a Product Lead – Platform & Ecosystem to help shape our platform strategy, build the API platform, and transform how we deliver value to thousands of companies worldwide. Join a top global product management network and collaborate closely with product managers from companies like UiPath, Zendesk, and Avast. Gain insights from our customers, understand their challenges, and develop solutions to help them create better products.

On a typical day, you will…

  1. Lead our API platform team, working with engineers on developing our open platform.
  2. Manage our API roadmap and make strategic prioritization decisions—think big, but enable quick solutions.
  3. Engage with external developers, partners, and customers to discover new use cases and opportunities.
  4. Promote our platform vision to ensure organizational alignment and shared understanding of our goals.
  5. Collaborate across teams to enable all product teams to contribute to our platform strategy.
  6. Gather user feedback to inform development and improvements.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management.
  • Engineering background.
  • Deep understanding of the product development process.
  • Empathy for developers and their needs.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Bonus points for experience with:

  • Complex platform products, developer tools, APIs, etc.
  • B2B SaaS experience.
