Role Description

The Sales Manager will drive organic business growth and strengthen relationships with existing key clients in the asphalt surfacing sector. This is a hands-on leadership role combining team management, strategic sales planning, and direct client engagement. Responsibilities include shaping commercial performance and coaching your team, setting, monitoring, and delivering regional sales targets and KPIs, conducting client visits and pipeline reviews, overseeing tenders and bids, and staying informed on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
