We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Account Executive to join a fast-growing company operating in the Technology recruitment space across the UK market. This is a true hunter role with full sales cycle ownership — from outbound prospecting and relationship building to commercial negotiation and closing high-value recruitment partnerships. The position focuses on selling recruitment and talent solutions into fast-growing technology companies, ranging from scale-ups to enterprise organizations.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build and manage a strong outbound pipeline across the UK Technology market
  • Identify and engage decision-makers including Founders, HR Leaders, Talent Acquisition teams, and Engineering stakeholders
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and solution presentations
  • Develop long-term client relationships and strategic partnerships
  • Work closely with internal delivery/recruitment teams to ensure successful client onboarding and growth
  • Maintain disciplined outbound activity and pipeline management
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership and autonomy

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or recruitment sales
  • Previous experience within recruitment, staffing, RPO, embedded hiring, or talent solutions is required

  • Experience working with Technology clients or technology-focused markets
