Duties & Responsibilities
A new opportunity has arisen for a Field Sales Executive to manage and grow customer accounts across the UK, with scope to expand into Ireland and Europe over time. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for:
- Building long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers and influencers
- Creating and executing account plans to drive retention and revenue growth
- Identifying and converting cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities
- Prospecting and winning new business within the assigned territory
- Planning regular customer visits, product demos, and presentations
- Maintaining an accurate CRM, pipeline, and sales forecast
- Representing the business at key industry exhibitions, including UK and European events
Experience & Skills Needed
- Proven B2B sales or account management experience (field or territory‑based)
- Demonstrable track record of growing accounts and winning new business
- Consultative selling style with strong negotiation skills
- Confident presenting to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Well organised with strong CRM and pipeline management skills
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
