An opportunity to join a profitable, bootstrapped startup that has grown from a small seed investment into a multi-million ARR business with a lean, high-performing team. The company operates a subscription-based AI product with strong product-market fit and is now entering its next phase of growth, doubling down on monetisation, retention and long-term customer value. We are looking to hire their first Senior Product Manager to take ownership of product strategy and help shape how the business scales. This is a role for someone who thrives in highly autonomous environments, enjoys wearing multiple hats and is excited by the challenge of turning a successful product into a durable, scalable business.

Role responsibilities:

  • Own the product strategy with a clear focus on monetisation, retention and LTV growth
  • Identify and unlock new revenue opportunities across pricing, packaging and subscription models
  • Deeply understand customer behaviour, drop-off points and engagement drivers
  • Lead initiatives to improve activation, conversion and long-term retention
  • Work closely with founders, engineering and design to ship quickly and iterate based on real user feedback
  • Establish product processes, metrics and ways of working as the first PM in the business
  • Use data, experimentation and customer insight to drive prioritisation and decision making
  • Balance short-term growth wins with long-term product vision and sustainability

What they’re looking for:

  • 4+ years in Product Management, ideally within high-growth startups or subscription/SaaS businesses
  • Strong experience working on monetisation, growth, or retention problems
  • Proven track record of improving key metrics such as conversion, churn, ARPU, or LTV
  • Highly analytical with a strong instinct for product opportunities and trade-offs
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity with high ownership and minimal structure
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with founders
  • Experience being an early or first PM is a strong plus
