The platform is already trusted by global organisations and they are now hiring a Product Director to lead a major area of the platform and scale a high-performing product team.
Role responsibilities:
- Own product strategy and execution across a major product area
- Hire, coach and develop a team of high-performing PMs
- Drive product planning and decision-making across Eng, Design and GTM
- Ensure teams are shipping quickly while maintaining high product quality
- Work closely with customers and commercial teams to shape the roadmap
- Help evolve product culture, processes and operating principles as the company scales
Experience required:
- 8+ years in Product (& must have directly managed PMs)
- Strong product strategy skills & commercial acumen
- Experience building or scaling products in high-growth startups or scale-ups
- Experience working with highly complex B2B SaaS products
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A strong product sense and obsession with quality
