An exciting opportunity for a proactive individual with an interest in consumer products, licensing and partnerships to join Product Network’s growing team. This role sits at the centre of Product Network’s merchandise activity, supporting high-profile clients across television, entertainment, sport and lifestyle. The successful candidate will help deliver product-led campaigns and assist in the development and rollout of merchandise programmes, while working closely with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Merchandise Campaign Support
    • Support the planning and delivery of merchandise programmes across multiple clients
    • Research and identify potential partners, manufacturers aligned to brand and campaign objectives
    • Assist with the development and coordination of product ranges, collections and promotional merchandise
    • Track new promotional merchandise opportunities and market trends across categories such as apparel, collectibles, homeware, electronics and publishing
    • Ensure all branded merchandise aligns with client brand guidelines and approval processes
  • Product Development & Creative Support
    • Assist with product ideation and creative development for promotional merchandise
    • Support briefing of designers, suppliers and partners to ensure high-quality product output
    • Review product samples and support approval workflows
    • Contribute ideas for merchandise-led activations, launches and collaborations
    • Work alongside creative teams to ensure consistency of brand across all merchandise
  • Reporting & Analysis
    • Track merchandise activity, including product launches, partnerships and sales where available
    • Compile reports on campaign performance, product success and key learnings
    • Maintain up-to-date merchandise trackers
    • Monitor consumer trends, competitor activity and emerging product opportunities
  • Client & Team Support
    • Interface with client teams on the day-to-day running of merchandise programmes
    • Support the preparation of proposals, presentations and product strategies
    • Assist with budget tracking and forecasting for merchandise activity
    • Participate in brainstorms for new briefs, product ideas and partnerships
  • Administration & Agency Support
    • Help maintain organised records of agreements, product approvals and key documentation
    • Take ownership of the agency social channels and develop an ongoing content calendar to update clients and prospective partners on our work
    • Assist in the general running of the office and wider team activity as required
