The Company
When it comes to digital communities, The Alliance is leading the way. Product marketing, sales enablement, product-led growth, AI, customer success, CMOs, you name it, we’re home to thriving communities for them all. With 70,000+ professionals across our communities and a constant stream of events, memberships, and learning products, we help individuals and teams grow faster in their careers. We’re ambitious, we move quickly, and we’re still early in the journey — which means real ownership, fast progression, and the opportunity to build things from scratch.
The Role:
This role is for someone who thrives on solving tricky business challenges with technical tools and solutions, someone who's happy to proactively lead projects that drive change and impact, working across a mix of functions, teams, and stakeholders. You'll need to work at pace while still keeping a sharp eye on the details, going beyond what’s being asked to focus clearly on the ‘why’ of what we do.
You’ll work across tools like HubSpot, Salesforce and Clay helping us keep the data behind our marketing, sales, and customer teams accurate and trustworthy. From dashboards and lead routing, to pipeline hygiene to helping manage our workspace, you’ll play a critical role in how smoothly our engine runs day to day. This role is for someone who enjoys translating business processes and challenges into automations, tools, and workflows that supercharge operations. It’s for someone with some experience getting systems to talk to each other, who drives impact proactively, identifies opportunities independently, and sees them through.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Championing CRM Integrity & Data Hygiene: Ensure our data ecosystem remains accurate and trustworthy, driving high-quality standards across our platforms (includes record deduplication, field standardization, and correcting data inconsistencies).
- Driving Data Enrichment: Transform raw data into actionable insights, proactively identifying patterns or anomalies that inform our strategy.
- Managing Tool Ecosystems & Access: Serve as a gatekeeper for our tech stack, ensuring secure, efficient, and appropriately permissioned access for all team members.
- Strategic Reporting: Build and maintain the visibility our Sales and Marketing teams need to make informed decisions via Hubspot and Salesforce.
- Orchestrating Process Automation: Translate business challenges into seamless, high-impact workflows, keeping our internal processes running smoothly (includes lead assignment routing, Salesforce Flow maintenance, and HubSpot workflow management).
- Integrating Systems: Connect our technology landscape to create a unified data flow between tools (webhooks, APIs, Zapier).
- Ensuring Deliverability Excellence: Protect and optimize our communication infrastructure, ensuring our outreach reaches its destination (includes monitoring sending domains, IPs, and email authentication protocols).
- Securing our workspace: Provide essential technical support for our workspace security and user management.
This Role Is For You If…
- You have strong attention to detail and a genuine care for data accuracy.
- You're comfortable working with data and data hygiene best practice.
- You have hands‑on experience with a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce, as well as building out integrations, automations and pipelines with these as part of the tech stack.
- You work in a methodical, process-driven way, and you're willing to follow and improve documentation.
- You communicate clearly and would rather ask a question than guess.
- You're curious about how business systems connect, and you've got some experience getting them to talk to each other.
And..
- You have exposure to marketing operations, sales operations, or a data role.
- You're familiar with automation tools or basic scripting.
- You're interested in APIs, integrations, or light coding.
