The Role: Join a small but mighty growth-focused team within our marketing dept. This hands-on role will give you access to exciting B2B marketing tools like Clay, Common Room, and Instantly. We'd like someone who can get creative on how to leverage these tools to drive more leads (the sky is the limit).
In this role you will:
- Support the execution of inbound-led outbound and cold outreach strategies at the Alliance.
- Quickly learn to utilise Clay, RB2B, Smartlead and other tools to personalise outreach at scale.
- Support the Marketing team at the Alliance, helping with the execution of digital product campaigns, dinners, meetings and other custom sponsorships.
- Report to Growth Lead on the status of campaigns and bring fresh ideas of how we can drive more lead generation.
- Create excellent Emails & Content: Source data, write copy that converts, and execute a variety of email outbound campaigns across The Alliance's communities to drive leads to sales.
- Become a cold email campaign master: Understand the nuances between traditional email and cold email. Learn how to craft a cold email that converts and how to scale your work.
- Data Analysis: Monitor and analyse campaign performance, using insights to continually improve and optimise email strategies.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Engage with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and achieve business goals in a collaborative environment.

- Some experience or exposure to outbound sales strategies, including cold outreach.
- Familiarity with sales and marketing tools such as Clay, RB2B, Smartlead.
- You want ownership in your role from the beginning and are ready to level up.
- Confidence to experiment with different tactics, shake up strategy, adapt to new trends, to incorporate business changes, or to bounce back from subpar results.
- You're passionate about using and understanding the data behind WHY things happen and use this to shape your campaigns.
- You take pride in crafting effective and engaging copy whatever the platform.
- You are naturally self-directed, operate at a high cadence, and get stuff done.
- You expertly balance and prioritise your daily to-do's, as well as your short-term and long-term planning.
- You are an extraordinary teammate always willing to jump in and offer support and say 'yes' to taking on new things.
- Experience with Asana or project management tools a plus (desirable).
- Experience using ESPs & CRMs, and basic Google Analytics understanding (desirable).
Compensation: £27,000-£30,000 Base salary *based on experience
