When it comes to communities, The Alliance is leading the way. Product marketing, sales enablement, product-led growth, AI, customer success, CMOs, you name it, we’re home to thriving communities for them all. With 70,000+ professionals across our communities and a constant stream of events, memberships, and learning products, we help individuals and teams grow faster in their careers. We work with some of the world’s most recognisable companies and pride ourselves on being a high-impact learning partner, not just another events business. We’re ambitious, we move quickly, and we’re still early in the journey. That means real ownership, a steep learning curve, and plenty of opportunity to shape what comes next.

The Role: Our pioneering conference production team deliver market-dominating events across the tech, marketing and finance industry. They bring together leading minds to share the latest trends, challenges and opportunities facing companies, the tactics and tools needed to drive results, and a forum to make meaningful connections. Join them and you’ll develop your research skills, flex your commercial acumen and nail project management. If you’re craving hands‑on business experience within a high‑growth B2B start‑up, there’s no better place. Oh, and did we mention the opportunity to travel internationally?

What you’ll do:

  • Carry out research, and engage with our community to understand the challenges and opportunities facing professionals in that space.
  • Learn how to engage with, and secure, speakers from the world’s best‑known brands and most exciting start‑ups.
  • Curate the event content, format and agenda to create unmissable attendee experiences.
  • As the product owner, you’ll be the command centre for your event, responsible for its successful launch, delivery and execution.
  • Project manage a team of marketing, sales and community managers - working closely together to drive sponsored partnerships, ticket revenues, and attendance.
  • Develop your leadership skills and test your initiative and adaptability as you motivate the team to reach and exceed ambitious targets.
  • Build and maintain event websites, develop your copywriting skills & contribute to content‑led promotion, including video and social media.
  • Run the event on‑site, or virtually, working alongside our operations team to deliver a world‑class experience.

It doesn’t stop there - after a short time, it’s realistic that you’ll get involved in overseeing a team, producing events and programs in new markets, or helping us grow in new directions.

This might be for you if…

  • You’re a natural relationship builder and a confident and articulate communicator.
  • You have great research skills, can grasp complex topics and spot business trends.
  • You want the chance to take ownership of tasks and see them through.
  • Seeing the results of your hard work and how it affects business outcomes excites you.
  • You’re commercially minded and curious.
  • You are willing and proactive in learning, and with a can‑do attitude.
  • You’re ambitious, and entrepreneurial and enjoy working towards targets.
  • You’re highly organised - you’ll be juggling several ongoing projects week in, week out. Accuracy and professionalism are essential.
  • You’re a team player - success doesn’t happen in a vacuum, we need everyone to be rallied around the same goals and help each other to achieve them.
  • Highly structured corporate schemes don’t appeal to you- a fun, fast‑paced, supportive, and social team is more your speed.
