The Company
When it comes to digital communities, The Alliance is leading the way. Product marketing, sales enablement, product-led growth, AI, customer success, CMOs, you name it, we’re home to thriving communities for them all. With 70,000+ professionals across our communities and a constant stream of events, memberships, and learning products, we help individuals and teams grow faster in their careers. We’re ambitious, we move quickly, and we’re still early in the journey — which means real ownership, fast progression, and the opportunity to build things from scratch.
The role:
This isn’t a traditional outreach role. We’re looking for someone who sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and operations, someone who can build, run, and optimise outbound systems, not just execute campaigns. You’ll work across tools like HubSpot, Clay, and enrichment platforms, helping us scale how we identify, reach, and convert the right audiences across our communities. From building targeting frameworks and ICP segments, to launching outbound campaigns, to improving how our CRM operates, you’ll play a key role in how we drive growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own operations focused projects and infrastructure - Focusing on growth, whilst also supporting the wider organisational needs, scope, design, build and manage CRM workflows, integrations, and data pipelines that power our business operations (Hubspot, Instanty).
- Data & enrichment tools: Build and maintain prospecting workflows, data enrichment processes, and automate targeted outreach at scale. (Clay, Zapier)
- Campaign execution & optimisation: Support and run outbound campaigns (both via email and additional platforms as needed (e.g. LinkedIn)), continuously testing and improving performance based on results and stakeholder input. Build high-quality target lists using a mix of tools, research, and creative sourcing.
- CRM ownership & hygiene: Maintain clean, structured data and ensure systems are set up to support scalable growth.
- Cross-team collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and events teams to align on campaigns and priorities. Run A/B tests across messaging, audiences, and channels to improve conversion.
This Role Is For You If…
- Have a foundational understanding of data, enrichment, or automation workflows
- Have experience with CRM Tools and have optimised processes and/or performance within a revenue operations environment
- Have experience with building automations across platforms (ie Clay, Zapier)
- You’re curious about how systems drive growth, not just execution
- You enjoy working with tools like CRMs, Clay, automation platforms, or data tools
- You’re comfortable learning new tools quickly and figuring things out as you go
- You think in segments, systems, and processes, not just one-off campaigns
- You’re detail-oriented but also care about outcomes and performance
- You like moving fast, testing ideas, and improving things constantly
- You’re collaborative and comfortable working across multiple teams
Compensation: £30,000-£35,000 Base salary *based on experience
Core Benefits:
- Enhanced paid holiday: 34 days including UK Bank holidays and a day off on your birthday
- Private Medical & Dental
- Life Insurance: (4 x salary)
- Flexible hours policy allows you to structure your work for when you're most productive
- Extensive tech gear kit
Wellbeing Benefits:
- On-demand paid therapy, coaching & mental fitness via Oliva
- Discounted wellness classes & gym memberships
- Cycle to work & Workplace Nursery schemes
- Corporate Discounts via Perksatwork
- Monthly Flexible Allowance via the thanksBen platform
Learning & Development:
- Personal L&D budget (£500 annually in year 1 - scaling year on year up to £3000+)
- Volunteer & L&D Days: 1 paid day per quarter for either L&D or Volunteer activities
